- Very Good command on English & Bengali both Written & Speaking.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Should have excellent interpersonal/communication skills, Meeting & Greeting skills.
- Keep note and pass them to the proper authority.
- Maintain systemic filling of all documents.
- Make arrangement so that official documents are received, registered and dispatched properly and ensure that no documents are lying unattended.
- Assist any departmental work to any team when required.
- Assist Country Chief Representative when required.
- Any other task as and when assigned by the competent authority.
